2. Services
Intertravel acts as an intermediary in the booking of airline tickets and related travel services provided by authorized service providers (such as airlines and tour operators).
Any contractual relationship arises exclusively between the user and the service provider, while Intertravel serves only as a facilitator in the reservation process.
The agency’s responsibility is limited to mediation and technical support during the booking process.
Users are required to review the terms and conditions set by each service provider (for example, airline policies regarding check-in times and baggage rules).
3. Reservations
By completing the booking form on www.intertravel.rs or by making a reservation via telephone, the user authorizes Intertravel to act as an intermediary for the selected service.
Such authorization is binding whether the booking is made online or over the phone.
Prices may vary depending on the booking method and the conditions set by individual service providers.
In the event of changes made by the service provider (such as flight cancellations or delays), Intertravel will make reasonable efforts to inform the user by phone or e-mail.
However, Intertravel assumes no liability for any changes, delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.
4. Booking Confirmation and Travel Documents
Once the booking process is completed, the user will receive a confirmation email.
The user is obliged to immediately verify the accuracy of the information and notify the agency of any discrepancies without delay.
Corrections may not always be possible and could incur additional costs, especially after business hours.
Airline tickets are issued as electronic tickets (e-tickets) and sent via e-mail. In certain cases, they can be collected directly from the airline’s counter at the airport.
Intertravel is not responsible for any loss or misplacement of travel documents after they have been sent to the user.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on www.intertravel.rs are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are determined by the respective service providers (e.g., airlines), and Intertravel cannot be held liable for any price changes, cancellations, surcharges, or additional fees imposed by third parties.
For low-cost airlines, the basic fare typically does not include additional services such as checked baggage. These can be added later according to the airline’s policy. Administrative fees may apply for any post-booking modifications.
6. Payment Methods
Payments for services can be made in cash at our offices or by bank transfer, as described on the website www.intertravel.rs.
The process of issuing tickets or documents begins only after payment is confirmed.
Before payment is completed, Intertravel has no obligation to issue tickets or other travel documents.
The client’s obligation to pay for the ordered services remains valid until the payment is fully received.
7. Cancellations and Changes
The rules governing cancellations or modifications depend on the terms and conditions of individual service providers.
Intertravel acts in accordance with those rules and cannot alter them.
To request a change or cancellation, the user must send a written notice to avio.promene@intertravel.rs or contact the agency by phone at +381 11 310 89 99.
Requests sent outside of business hours will be considered received on the next working day.
An administrative fee for airline ticket cancellations ranges from 500 to 2,500 RSD, depending on the destination, in addition to any airline-imposed cancellation charges.
Refunds depend on the airline’s policy and may take up to 30 days from the date of the airline’s approval.
8. Right to Refuse Reservations
Intertravel reserves the right to reject or cancel reservations if the user violates these Terms of Use or interferes with the proper functioning of the website www.intertravel.rs.
9. Travel Documents and Visa Regulations
Users are solely responsible for possessing valid travel documents, visas, and other necessary authorizations for travel abroad.
Intertravel is not responsible for issues arising from missing or invalid documentation, nor does it guarantee the accuracy of visa-related information.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
Information regarding services and prices on www.intertravel.rs is provided based on data received from service providers.
While Intertravel makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of this information, it cannot guarantee that all information is complete, error-free, or continuously available.
The agency shall not be held liable for damages arising from technical failures, interruptions, system errors, viruses, force majeure, strikes, or government actions.
